I'm on a diet site Sparkpeople and I really like it. I've been on there since March but have just taken it seriously for the last few months. I thought you guys might like it. There is a calorie counter, fitness counter, and all kinds of resources. The best thing is that it's free. It's made a huge difference for me. They have a good community but by no means is it a replacement for JM . I do like the different teams though. I got the book, The Spark, and I'm really enjoying it. This site emphasizes rewards, setting goals, having support, reasonable caloric amounts, and learning to have a positive outlook. It's not just about correcting diet and fitness issues, it's about making everything better. I sound like a commercial. LOL. But I really have gotten a ton from it. I've cut out a lot of my negative thinking about beating myself up for every bad decision.

lol i really need to find my way to the wagon then i'll start worrying about falling off or not. With planning a wedding and ttc i want to be able to melt the weight off after baby so im not a blimp in my dress
