I just did 12 minutes on my treadmill. I know it is not much but I am still pleased. When I started my joint pain was noticeable with each step I took but I could tell a notable decrease by the end, HOORAY!

I thinking about reading more about the Couch to 5K thing and seeing what thats all about. going to do that right now!

Okay I am back to say I am really interested in the Couch to 5K and will probably start that at the beginning of next week.

while out in internet-land I just found something really neat that I wanted to share. It is another one of those food and exercise logs but this one is simple and easy and little frills like a lot of other sites. And you can use it with your iPhone (not that I have one ). Lose It! - Succeed at weight loss with Lose It!

Whitney, 12 minutes is a great start! Make sure you round out your routine with a warm up, stretch, and cool down followed by another stretch. An adequate warm-up and stretch before your actual workout should help loosen your joints.

I've never tried C25K but I've heard many good things about it!
