More veggies! More fiber, more water and less starch and red meats. Walking!

Liz, glad to see you here so much. I am glad I am here too!

Keep doing something! For so long I have let my pain have the better of me and for the past two weeks I have been kicking its butt and I am really feeling great for the first time in months. For the very first time I can actually see myself getting healthy, the right way, and staying there. I am truly ready for a life change.

So, stay active with some sort of extra activity each day.
More water water water!
Less on my plate with some left on it when I am done.

My goals this month: use 5k training schedule for exercise, and log my food every day.

another goal- sit up straight at the computer!
