Lets list some food changes that are easier to make than we might think.




For me, the switch to Low Fat Sour Creme has been a super easy one. I notice no taste difference at all.

My biggest change is making sure portion sizes are correct and only go back for 2nds of fruits/veggies. And the other is having more of my plate covered by the veggies and fruits. I used to have more carbs/meat and very little veggie

Portion changes. Fist size is easy to follow.

Changing to Extra Virgin Olive Oil instead of other oils

2% to 1% milk (for yourself only if your kids needs to stay on 2% or whole)

Switching to rice rather than potatoes

whole grain pasta instead of regular.

Use more fish, pork and poultry instead of beef.

Switch to NON- Hydrogenated margarine or just use unsalted Butter.

For me, it's been easy to switch to whole grain pasta. Also, we got some veggie chips, so if I'm feeling like having chips, I'll have those instead of the Lays.
