Have you found healthy alternatives to those guilty ones?
For me, it's chocolate and ice cream.
I've begun only eating dark chocolate, and having only 2 pieces. But never bigger than my thumb, or I follow the serving size on the package. As for icecream, I found these icecream sandwich bars, from Skinny Cow. OMG Yum!
Nutella. It is amazing! I could seriously eat it straight out of the jar. But to keep it healthy I will sometimes put it on whole grain toast for breakfast or I will dip apples or strawberries into it for a snack. It stops my chocolate cravings and is soo soo good.
