It doesn't factor in body fat % either so remember that. Someone with very low body fat who weighs more because of muscle can be considered obese. Also, I am normal BMI, but I have a high body fat??? It's all so odd
My BMI is 24 (high end of normal), but body fat % at last check was 31% so I am considered overfat??
