I am not looking to lose weight, but I do want to tone up and get back to my old shape and healthy habits before we TTC in December or January. I used to be a gymnast/cheerleader and work out 3-5 times a week so I have a lot of work to do.

I am starting to exercise more, I am trying to work out a plan now. And not so much dieting as much as just trying to eat healthier. I am from the South so I love my fried food and I am not sure I can give it up lol.
