How many days a week do you work out? How long do you workout each time?

Most weeks I work out 7 with 5 of them being circuit training around 30 min. One day is running for 45 min and 1 is a walk or another circuit training if I am up for it

Girl, you are dedicated!

I have been doing about 30 minutes of stretching, 2x a day, trying to heal this darn leg. Then doing a good cardio workout every other day. I need to learn some at home toning tricks.

I dont.

I dont like working out, I get no feeling of joy or energy from it and I hate doing it alone.

Once in a while I go for a walk and I have a treadmill I need to start using cuz I do enjoy walks. Once I get going Ill probably do it a few times a week for around an hour.

I love to exercise and would do it 7 days a week if I could! Realistically, I get 5-6 days, at least 30 minutes, usually around an hour, sometimes longer if I'm being really selfish. Right now I'm running three days a week and doing yoga, strength training, or just stretching on the other days.

I try to work out 5-6 days a week and it's usually 45-90 minutes!
