What are some things that you do to help you get more exercise, or keep yourself on a healthy track?
I always ask for my salad dressing on the side when I eat at restaurants.
I try to have a large glass of water when I return from a walk.
A good sweat never hurt anyone, sweating equals burning calories!
1. I always try to keep a water bottle full of ice and water around me at all times so i can drink enough!
2. I am not buying junk any more.. Except icecream which is for special occasions!
3. ALways eat breakfast. Always, and it helps start your metabolism.
