I here! I have not been doing much "real" exercise but have been keeping busy. Thankfully my weight loss has not slowed down and when I have bad pain days it rebounds much faster now .

Jennifer, you need a new ticker! You just keep losing. Are you juicing? We will probably wait until next summer to start that so that we can use mostly our own produce.

hello ladies.. back from a trip to the hot STATE OF AR! down to 174lbs.. almost 10 lost since i started at 183.. Trying to get back into the grove of working out! Have agreat day ladies!! Goal for everyone : Drink an extra glass of water today!

Hi ladies! I am still here, I just got back from my vacation back home to Texas where I totally cheated on my workouts and healthy eating (although, for the record I did do some laps in the pool).

Now that we are back the countdown is on for when we TTC in January and I really want to be in as good, if not better, shape than I was in when I got pregnant with Addi. So it's time to work my butt off.

So August has been a bad month for me,obviously since I've not been posting here. I think my lady issues had me out for about a week and that really knocked out my motivation. Plus I've been really busy. I am determined to get back the mnotivation... and reset my ticker .

hello ladies.. it has been a while for me too! great news. keeping up with my motivation.. I have made it into the 160's. I am now at 169 and only 6 lbs away from my first 20lbs goal! I have been going to bed earlier, drinking more water and eating better plus just trying to do something physical everyday! we can do it!!!!!!

Thats great Laura! And it motivates me a little because we started at the same weight . But you have the whole breastfeeding thing to your advantage.

WTG Laura! I am so excited the gym they have been working on in our area for what seems like forever is finally finished. That means I can go work out and swim laps, woohoo!

yep whitney, i am still BF sydney.. YOu can do it I know for me , if i dont feel like working out.. i just go up and down the stairs and walk gregory to school ... this way i know i am getting excercise without having to put clothes on and putting in a tape when the kids are asleep..
