I need some help
Since Scarlett was born, I haven't done a lot of exercising or working out and such. I'm just not motivated, I guess. I'm wondering if anybody would like to be "fitness buddies" so we help each other stay motivated and on track.
I don't have any goals to lose weight, but I have no problems if you do. I pretty much just want to get myself back into shape. My idea is that we could make plans on what we would do/not do as far as exercise or diet is concerned and be able to report back to each other about how we are doing. Not necessarily have the
same plan. I guess I'm thinking having someone to be accountable to would help because I'll feel bad if I have to come and tell a person that I was a slacker and didn't do anything all day lol
