Good luck Lindsay! What kind of weight loss group is it? Weight watchers or something else?

Well, I was down .8 at my weigh in. Bummer. I was really hoping for more and I felt like it would be more because this week my clothes really started to feel looser. I think I need to kick up the exercise a notch. Ok I will be honest. I think I need to exercise, period!

LADIES!!!

Have you fallen off the wagon or are you still on it?? Where did you go??

I am doing ok. I have had three weeks in a row of only losing .8lbs which is lame! But a loss is a loss I guess.

Hey Rachel! Sorry I missed your post, I've been forgetting to check in here!

I go to Slimming World I'm gonna admit though, I completely let all thoughts of a diet go out the window for the past while. So, back on track today!! I need to do this! I can't look like this on my wedding day.. I just can't!!

8lbs loss so far is great!! It really is wonderful. I hope I can stick to it enough to get 8lbs off... and then 8lbs more and more and more. I want to lose about 50-60 lbs. Eek!! Sounds so far off right now, but I know I will get there.

What kind of excercise do you plan on doing?

I GAINED 4lbs!!

I didn't want to admit it, either....sigh.

I've not got my pic yet this month, i've been CRAZY busy! I bake to sell from my home and i've had a lot of orders this week for Turkey day so I've been busy!! I'll snag a pic of my 4lb heavier self in the next few days!!

I joined a zumba class. It's 2x's a week and I'm hoping it helps me find my curves!

Hey Ladies! I'm horribly lazy about getting in here!!

I'm still doing Zumba 2x a week. I'll thinking about picking up a third class that starts next Saturday (March 23) with the same instructor. I'm so ready for spring so I can do more outside (biking/running). I also added a daily stayball workout to my daily routine, 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening. It really works out my abs and quads...and it hurts!! A good kind of hurt though. I still haven't lost any weight, but I think I lost some inches (around my chest and boobs though boo). I also have the Rockin' Body work out dvd on it's way and I have a coach who gives me challenges to complete each day (like yesterday was xx amount of squats and xx amount of burpees), and in the next couple weeks I should have an eliptical.

sounds like you are doing AWESOME!!! great job!!! and do not focus on the lbs focus on the INCHES!!!! the more you work out you are bound to put on muscle weight and that is GOOD
