So I am committed to completing the 30 day shred!! just finished day one...and let me tell you....I will not lie....that was 20 minutes of pure hell....but SO WORTH IT!! I am tired and feeling jelly like all over but I feel GOOD....
also along with the first day I did 35mins on the elliptical and 60 crunches and 60 squats.....will probably do the elliptical daily and I am still completing my 30 day squat challenge...so that on top of the 30 day shred
and I admit I have let myself get a bit flabby over the last couple of months after putting so much hard work over the last year...I am determined to get rid of the flab!!!!! (still have maintained around the same weight though)
