So I have started a new workout routine for now...got bored of the 30DS LOL me and being repetitive just doesn't work...think that's why all my workouts failed in the past I never changed it up so I got bored and quit....but anyways I bought a Jillian Micheals DVD on kickboxing and I am having fun with it!!! Again its a 20min workout just like the 30DS so anyone can do it....it too has 3 levels on it....I am doing level 1....tried level 2 but I need to really just watch it to get the moves down instead of doing the workout til I know what I am doing....lmao....but its fun and fast paced...and it really makes you move and sweat!! my heart rate stays up in the 170-180 range the entire workout LOL so that is awesome....really burns those calories I burn around 250 in just 20mins
on top of that I am doing my ab challenge and doing my elliptical as well....I am trying to get 60mins at least a day of workout....I am done with 40mins this morning....will do more later!
