I've decided to start one of these because i'm hoping that writing it all down will help me eat healthier. My diet has been pretty bad lately. My weight is back down and i'm back into all my old clothes but i'm not eating well and haven't been working out so i don't feel healthy
June 27, 2010:
Breakfast: Bowl of multigrain cheerios w/fat-free milk
Snack: Fiber one bar
Lunch: Chicken and rice w/gravy, chocolate milkshake from Sonic
Snack: Watermelon
Dinner: 2 pieces of pizza, cauliflower (w/butter & seasoning for flavor), cottage cheese
Work-out: None
*Note: I only drink fat-free milk so after this post i will no longer specify*
