OMG yes!! I was hungry but didn't want anything, not even junk food. At dinner time I had to get DH to cook something and put it in front of me. Just eat when you can and whatever you can. I mentioned this to my doc at one point as I felt I wasn't eating healthy, he said babies are like parasites, they take what they need from you and leave you with the crap Eating something junky is better than not eating at all, it should pass soon.

Have you got oatcakes or crackers? I find they help when I get like this. I still get it at times.

I found that freezing apple or orange fruit juice in those lolly pop things and sooking on them helped when I felt like this too. Or sooking plain ice cubes. You could try that!

Urgh, I hate that stage when nothing appeals to you at all, not even yummy things like chocolate!! I struggle with loss of appetite even now; some days I can eat anything and other days I don't fancy anything at all to eat.

I still have days like that, normally I just put a small amount of whatever DH is having on my plate and eat what I can

Fi the lollies are a great idea - for the first few weeks when my ms was really bad I was living on Tesco pure orange lollies and I have been off chocolate too, not that I ever ate much but even my fave Green & Blacks holds no appeal!
