Im not sure if Im worrying for no reason if not but Im wondering if you ladies have any thoughts on the matter;

DF was changing Logans nappy a minute ago when he called me over, he point out how red Logan was in his private area.

He's bright red, swollen & slightly bruised at the base of his testicles.
Where his "Winky" joins to his testicles is weeping.
And he his alot of bright red spots around the top area leading down to his "winky"

Were not sure if he's in pain with it, but Im guessing its a little uncomfy as he's started over the last few days to bite you if you go to change his nappy, he'll also scream, kick & put his hands down there to stop us cleaning him.

I noticed a few red spots on his arm the other day but just assumed he'd brushed past something or it was a heat rash
Weve covered him in Sudocrem to see if that helps but Im stil a little unsure.

What do you ladies reckon?

It sounds like a nappy rash - IMO dont use sudocream - It has always just made Mia's nappy rash worse then better, Maybe try using savlon instead?? Ive found that works a treat

It could just be nappy rash or maybe a urine infection? My little brother (who is the same age as Josh lol!) had a really bad urine infection when he was younger, no one knew he was ill (obvisouly as a baby cant really tell you!) and his willy was so sore he ended up in hospital where they said it was a urine infection. I would defintly take Logan to the Doctors and get him checked out and if it is just nappy rash they might be able to give you some better a cream.

Some thing I prefer to Sudocreme is Camilisan (sp?) I have always found it sorts sore bum bums out much quicker!

((huggles)) for little man!

Thanks ladies, we let him run around with no nappy on for a while last night (he sat on the potty! lol) & we covered him again in sudocrem last night. I planned to buy another type of cream today.

Changing his morning nappy though he doesnt look to bad, stil red & a little swollen but no where near as bad as yesterday, so I'll see how he is by the end of the day.

Aww, poor little man! Hope it clears up soon. I would recommend Bepanthen for nappy rash; it works better than Sudocrem (or at least it does for Zach).
