Hi everyone, I'm a friend of Fiona's from WTTC grads. She texted me about 30 mins ago to let me know labour has started and that contractions are around 10 minutes apart but not too bad. She's planning on waking Stewart within the hour and hopefully we will have Jellybaby today!!!!

Please send her lots of labour vibes!! She will update her contact from here later today as well, it was just too early right now.

Just spoke to the midwife, she said to wait until they are regularly 5 mins apart or I can't cope with the pain.

They've gotten sporadic between 4 and 10 mins apart. I'm scared it's all gonna stop

they're lasting approx 20-50 secs. Having t breathe thru them as there's a lot of pressure like when you are severley constipated The worst is I have really bad heartburn. But I'm doing good, circling on my birthing ball!

Woke DH up half hour ago but he went back to sleep

OMG

Mine were like this both times Fi, and if I sat down they nearly stopped but as soon as I got up again they got stronger! Keep going on your birthing ball and try relaxing breathing, have you got some nice music to listen to? Doing that helped mine last a bit longer and get stronger when I was in labour with Max!

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!!!!!!!
