I worked out a healthy eating plan last night with stu's help, i'm not stinting on anything but I'm cutting out all the rubbish I eat and allowing myself crisps/choco/sweets 3 times a week. I've cut down coke at home two weekends only (I drink coke like water its awful) Heres my plan:
This should help get my calorie count right up without letting me loose weight. Like I said I won't stint on anything, when I'm hungry I will eat properly. But this it to guide me toward better eating
