Kirsty's sleep through the night is awful just now. last night she was in bed at 8pm, fed at 1 and 3:30, and was up at 4:30 and 5:30
i'm exhausted

If i recall correctly she woke more after her 3 month jags so it might be the 4 month ones she got last week or the heat or a growth spurt or all of them

Aww no Fi Have you tried putting even less layers on? I've left off Max's vest the past few nights, so he's just been in PJ's and sleeping bag x

i've only been putting her jammies on to bed, no sleeping bag or blankets.
