I usually just make bolognaise, chilli con carne, cottage pie, lasagne, meatballs or mince & tatties! I can never think of anything else to do with mince, so thanks for that Fiona, some good recipes there to try.

Lou, you do more than me then! With beef I tend to do lasagne, bolognese, mince & tatties, sometimes burgers.

With pork or lamb I do meatballs. My fave is lamb though!
