I really want to loose some weight, I don't eat that bad (unless we order take away hahaha) but its exercise I need to do. Which is really hard when everything just makes me knees hurt
I am trying this year to have more fruit and veg from the farm shop though. Which is almost Organic (they are trying to become organic but it takes a few years of not using any chemicals untill they can be officialy organic)
i want to lose weight but its eating ENOUGH that i am struggling with lol, i have nothing to help burn because i am not eating, the fat is just staying there. I just never feel hungry though, and i just don't know if i could force myself to eat, i eat a proper meal at night, but not breakfast or lunch and that's when i am doing the most exercising, i know i need to eat but it's finding the time
