Are they from the same punnet? Make sure you take notice of anything different that happens.

Yes they are and I washed/dried them just the same as the other night. And had them in yogurt from the same pot. DH is paranoid lol! I'm trying to keep it out of my mind, not think about it.

It's prob silly to experiment but I need to know if it was the berries or not. If it wasn't, I don't think I'll ever know unless it happens again and I can link things.

Sorry, went and bathed Kirsty and got her off to bed. Nothing has shown up. I'm 100% fine. I don't know if that's good news or not. Yes in that blueberries are ok for me, but no cos it means I have no idea what triggered the reaction on Friday.

Going to phone my docs first thing tmor to get an app.

glad your ok Fi but I think your right to ask for some allergy testing, they do it all by blood test these days which is far less uncomfortable than pricking your skin with potential allergens

Oh really Karen?! That's good huh? I thought for sure I'd have to get things put on my arm etc and see what caused a reaction.

I am going to go and ask though as I am a lil scared incase whatever it was, next time it's worse.

I can't think for the life of me what it was. I was working Friday and we went out for a walk at 9:30am. Then I was in the house the rest of the day. Lil mindee went home at 5pm. We ate tea and I felt the reaction by 6:30/7pm. I have absolutely no idea whatsoever what it was. I was so sure it had been the blueberries. The chemist said the reaction starts almost immediately so I have been racking my brain thinking what I ate or touched between 5pm and 6:30 but there's nothing I can think of.

I had a bit of museli in my yogurt on Friday night and I *think* it was a new museli.

We have 2 new boxes, one box I'm totally fine with but the 2nd box I can't guarantee I'm fine with. It has sunflower seeds in it?! I am not sure which of the 2 I had in my yogurt. I just went and got a small bowl of this 2nd new one then realised I had museli in my yogurt.... so we shall see if it is this or not...!!! Eek!

I really hope that you can find out what caused it Fiona. It must be so frustrating not knowing.

I have a doc app for Thursday so I'm really really hoping he will refer me for some type of allergy testing, or do bloods or whatever is needed. The doc I'm seeing is a good one, he has a lot of time for me (and other patients presumably), I'm glad it's him I got an app with.
