Fiona, as promised here is a list of foods with their points values. For things like oven chips and pasta sauces you would need to give me specific brands for me to give you points for those (they don't have a generic points value as they are all different). If nothing else, this list should give you an idea of more reasonable portion sizes for your meals and hopefully help you cut down a little bit. I hope it helps, but if you need any more information please give me a shout.

OMG Lou, must have took you hours Thank you ever so much, really!!! I shall have a good look through it. The only chips I buy are McCain Oven Straight Cut. I think myfitnesspal website has a point thing where you can search things.... I'll need to check that out again.

MORTIFIED!!! Stewart & I easily eat a 500g pack between us Now that we have Kirsty it does the 3 of us, but she literally gets 2 tablespoons of it. Eek!!
