Thanks Sharron, am not packed at all, but i have all the clothes ready, i got two new beautiful 50's style dresses for nighttime over there and i have a petticoat to go under the black one so it really will look 50's. My mum bought me a beautiful cream and black dress that i will wear travelling, that the worst about having worked in the airport, everyone knows you and if you don't look perfect there will be talk behind your back, one of the many things i disliked about the job.
Our flight is at 12.30 so we need to be in the airport for 10.30. As the airport is only 30 mins from here i will be able to get the boys on the school bus before we go.
I have e-mailed the hotel to explain that its a special present for DH birthday and could they insure they would give us a nice room, i got a lovely e-mail back today saying that they will insure we get one of the nicer rooms with a direct view of the Arc de Triomphe, i havn't told DH, i will suprise him with this.
Thursday our flight lands back here at 4.30 in the afternoon so we will get a chance to see the kids before bedtime. Its a short trip but am looking forward to it so much and i promise i will take loads of pictures.
