I'm going home next week and just in time to get some flavoured coffee creamers. My stock just ran out today!

So, when you go abroad, what do you ALWAYS have to bring back with you? What are your secret holiday indulgences?

I always try and bring back the crunchy cheetos, you can't get them here and they have to be the nicest thing ever. When we go to Florida its the first thing i head for in Walmart. If we are visiting other countries it depends what we come across that is nice, in Paris we brought back wine, champagne and suchard chocs, in holland we brought back sugared waffle biscuits cause Reese loved them. I can't remember if i brought anything back from Italy only a tablecloth but you can't eat that, obviously!!! I do always bring back something nice food wise that i enjoyed while there.

I use UK based online retailer of American Candy, Groceries & Soda. Largest selection in the UK!
They must be waiting on stock though as there's not as much as their usually is on there at the moment.
I always order a load of cake mixes (the UK ones suck compared to the US ones), frostings, cereal, poptarts, cookies............yeah total junk food order, but it's sooooo good I just wish I lived near Aldershot or Guildford for their stores. mind you it's probably a good idea that I don't!!!!

It's just cruel I'm on the diet wagon for a trip to America. There's a new restaurant nearby that just does different grilled cheese sandwiches, all kinds of luxurious things, you can even have them on a donut! So I may not eat one day just to go try that out.

Depends where I'm going to! They have some very nice chocolate in Spain - I also love some American chocolates, have never been to America but if I went I'd bring some back. Greece is my favourite place to go, and there are certain wines, herb and spice mixes, sweets, and of course ouzo which I would bring back. I have a friend in Portugal, and I know next time I stay there I want to bring back some curacao. What I had there tasted nothing like anything I've bought in the UK.

oh and from Scotland - Irn Bru Humbugs!

American chocolate? bleck! I'm American and I can't stand it! But the other relaly bad for you stuff is excellent. You have such GOOD chocolate in Europe. Even Cadbury is like luxury to us.

Lol. I love Godiva chocolate and I am partial to Hershey kisses too.

I'm not saying anything against UK/European chocolate, I love Cadbury's, Lindt and Thornton's chocolate too! It's just nice to have something a bit different every now and again.
