It did shine down in North Wales on Thursday, needless to say it disappeared on Friday and the rain made up for it's day off
That was the wettest holiday we have ever had! It was fun though, thank God for Haven Holidays and fantastic swimming pools Cost us a darn fortune in the amusement arcades though!

Aw Yvonne, my week in Wales was just the same, rain rain and more rain. I rather hoped it would've cleared up by the time you got there! And you're right it costs more when it's raining because you can forget about beach days and impromptu picnics in the countryside!

We go on hols to our holiday park soon and the forecast is for rain. One thing is there are no amusement arcades where we are going, its just a park full of mobile homes a beach, a pier and a pub (of course lol). So when it rains its rain coats and wellies and off all the kids go and play together in the rain unless it gets very heavy. I love that about the holiday park, the kids arn't in every two minutes looking for money for one thing or another because there is literally nothing for them to spend it on. The nearest shop is about 15 mins away so its really back to basics which i love.
