Im with Vodafone and i find them good. I did have to ring them today because i lost my mobile internet a few weeks back and only got around to ringing them today. After 10 mins on the phone my internet was back and best thing about it is because i topped up by €30 this month my internet is free. My dad is with Tesco and its driving him crazy. He will just randomly lose his connection. We could be trying to ring him for ages and as far as he is concerned his phone is working away, then he suddenly spots he has no coverage. He has to turn off the phone take the battery out, put it back in, turn on the phone and it works away again. This could happen once a week or 10 times in one day.

Can you ring him from a landline to ease you own mind?

I'm with O2 and I haven't had any problems at all. Obviously I am one of the fortunate few people who hasn't been affected by O2 recent network problems.

Just saw on Sky News earlier that 7 million people were without O2 service for 19 hours. Thats one major glitch with their system.

Mine is Orange (which sometimes also uses T-Mobile masts) and it's pretty reliable. Are you still having trouble Becca?
