On hols the flies were in their element biting everyone (luckily not the kids) and ive come home with 6 lovely fly bites. One is after blowing up the size of a boil. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to heal fly bites. The big on is on my leg and is an angry red colour and i had a lovely skirt all picked out to wear to the theatre tomorrow night but if it stays as is ill have to change my outfit.

I'd normally say to use Witch Hazel but your bite sounds really severe! Perhaps a cold compress and an anti-histamine? Sorry, I'm not much help.

I usually use Sudocrem on things like that and it works, but yours sounds bad. Hopefully the anti-histamine will work!

The anti-histamine seems to be working, its gotten to the point now where it has gone right down and looks like a bruise, unless you look at it closely.
