Do you buy your children annuals for Christmas? Which ones do they like?

Did you always get an annual as a child - which ones?

Last year was the first time i got them, i got both boys the same Lego annual, i got them closer to christmas in Argos for half price. Will probably get either Lego or Moshi Monster this year too, but will be looking out for offers on them.

They had some in Argos today but none were anything Daniel really likes. I'm keeping an eye out though because he has borrowed a Timmy Time one from the library and now really wants one for Christmas.

I used to get one every year. Some of the best were the Mandy ones I got late in primary school, they had good comic and regular stories in that I read again and again. When I was a teenager I used to get the Smash Hits yearbook and I loved those too.
