Do u buy new clothes specially for Christmas Day?

If yes, are they usually Christmas themes clothes?

Whether u get new clothes or not, do u dress up or dress casually on Christmas Day?

I don't get new clothes for myself, but I do usually get the kids an outfit each. I like to wear something a little bit more dressy, but this year I will be wearing whatever I am comfortable in.

The kids get a new outfit to wear mainly because everything else they have isn't Christmasy enough , I usually go for party wear for the kids so the girls have knitted red dresses with gold sequins on in shape of hello kitty, matching hairbands and black tights. Lucas already had a red and black checked shirt so he is wearing that with black jeans! :-)

The kids get new clothes, however this year Amelia has the most beautiful red woollen dress and cape with white fur edging that was handed down from my niece so she will wear that. DH always gets some clothes as a pressie from me and this year I'm making a black and silver organza blouse for myself that I will wear with a black trousers.
