I'm sure Sarah has been using a bump belt during her pregnancy, she'd be the best one to ask I think.

I use one like that but without the extra strap that goes above the bump, i got given it via physio for SPD it depends how bad the pain is? It just helped me walk alittle better as my hips and back hurt to much to walk, with the belt i managed to waddle around. You can tell a difference when wearing it though, it lifts baby out of the pelvis taking pressure of hips and lower back, always worth a try :-)

its bearable at the minute but i am only going to get bigger and i want to work as long as possible to get longer off when baby is here, will let u know how i get on

I only used the spd band in pregnancy but need to get some sort of support band soon even though I'm only 7 weeks over the spd being permanent now. Let me know how u get on with it
