We did manage to get Michaela a baby walker which was our main reason for going. And we also got a Sophie the Giraffe since she's having really bad trouble teething.

But we also needed some replacement teats for her bottle as they just keep getting clogged up. And some Nuby dribble catchers "drib bibs" as we call them - she has a few and they're excellent and I have a few similar bibs on order from Rachael - but she desperately needed more. So I expected I'd be able to get these or something like them while we were in BRU. They didn't have ANY of the dribble catcher type bibs, and they only had 0m+ teats, which are no use for Michaela, too slow.

So after going to a specialist baby shop we had to stop at Tesco on the way home for drib bibs and teats. Ridiculous.

Could just be our local branch of course but it's a massive shop, they just seem to have tons and tons of stuff in there that I really would never buy and not the stuff I actually need.

I've never seen dribble bibs in tesco... I think I am going to have a look.
TBH I think dribble bibs are pretty new thing over here so they may not have made it into the store just yet.

I've never used Babies R Us for any baby stuff before as it's about 20 miles or so away and we have a Mothercare, Boots and several supermarkets all within a few miles of us.

I do wish we had a Mothercare. Ours was in Bolton and closed down a couple of years ago. I do buy stuff from their website but sometimes you want something on the day kwim.

Absolutely. I like going to the shops and being able to buy something there and then if I want to.
