Has anyone here had to have an induction after previously going into labour spontaneously? With Zach and Mischa I went into labour on my own with both of them. However this stubborn little baby seems to have other ideas and doesn't want to come out. I'm really hoping I go into labour on my own again but I am starting to get worried i'll need to be induced and I'd like to avoid that if possible.

I wouldn't lose hope yet Hun! I went into labour spontaneously at 12 days over with Lucas :-) you can also turn down induction if its not what you want, my midwife said that this time round, said I would just need monitoring to make sure baby not stressed etc as done woman song go into labour til 43 weeks.

While I don't want to be induced I don't think I could cope with being pregnant until 43 weeks! I'm done being pregnant now, this pregnancy has been so difficult. I just want to meet my baby.

Urgh, today I'm feeling really queasy and can't stop going to the toilet! Wonder if my body is having a clear out before labour? Or maybe it's just wishful thinking.

I went into labour spontaniously with Owen but was booked in to be induced with Maria, however I went into labour on the way to the hospital! I think that was only because I had worked myself up over being induced

Maybe I need the midwife to book me an induction date then. The sheer panic about being induced might bring on my labour!

I was induced both times so have never experienced a spontaneous labour. I really hope you can avoid it Lou. Xxx.
