Hi everyone so me n bradley have our check up on thursday what do they do to me? I take it bradley will have the same check what he had before we was aloud to come out? Also how many injects does he have for the first set of jabs? How bad does it effect them as I will be on my own thursday night. Thanks xx

They usually have two injections at 8 weeks, one in each leg. Dexter was grumpy and unsettled for about 24 hours afterwards.

At the check-up the doctor just asked me how I was doing (checking for post-natal depression) and if I had any concerns. She also checked my stitches but that's not something they do routinely, I had an episiotomy and second degree tear so she wanted to check I was healing ok.

Thanks I already had a grumpy bradley today we had to go to docs coz he was on so much pain he has reflux. So we got gavison infant. He is so worn out bleds him he did feed which was very unlike him but he seems better now he fast asleep so hopefully will sleep a bit tonight. I have got calpol ready for him. I had a couple of stiches but only a small tear n a graze. Thats ok then nothing to bad I thought there would be more than 2. Thanks for putting my mind at rest xx

Aww, poor baby. Reflux can be miserable for both mummy and baby. Glad that your check-up went welk and Bradley was ok with having his injections.
