Do any of you ladies bake at all? What do you like to make? In an effort to try and clean up our diets and cut out as much processed foods as possible I've been baking some different bits and pieces. The other day I baked some oat & raisin cookies which were delicious (the kids absolutely loved them) and I made some granola too, which was really quick and easy to make and tastes yummy. This morning I am attempting to bake a loaf of wholemeal bread. I find I am really enjoying baking and can see it turning into a bit of a hobby.

My bread turned out really lovely, I'm so pleased! The kids really enjoyed it, especially warm, straight out the oven.

Noble intentions honey! I wish I had the time and patience.

We do bake occasionally, usually cakes or biscuits. It would be fab to be able to bake fresh bread. Did you do it in a breadmaker or in the normal oven?
