Do any of you ladies take any supplements? Multi-vitamins, Omega-3, Pro-biotics, Evening Primrose Oil etc? Do you give your kids any supplements? Or do you just rely on a varied, balanced diet to get all the vitamins/minerals that you need?
I give maddison a multi vitamin with added vitamin C as she is really prone to colds she has a cold or runs a really high temperature for 48 hours literally every other week .
I take iron tablets as i always seem to have a low iron count when i dont take them
