Are they enjoying it or bored? Driving you mad?

What are you doing to keep them busy?

They do Emma, and now the weather's gone pants again (or at least it has here).

Hard to do crafts / baking etc at home as well with a tiny one in the house.

Daniel was away with his dad last week and we are away next week (in Wales, so am praying the rain goes away before then ) - we haven't done anything this week, he's just played at home and watched DVDs, and has gone out for a few walks with one of us. Hopefully the weather will come back before the last 3 weeks of the hols and he'll be able to play in the garden.

Do you have any free museums near you Emma? Or shopping centres / garden centres doing holiday activities, they usually do something at the Trafford Centre and at our local garden centre and mostly the activities are free or very low price depending what they are.

We only have two weeks left. They actually haven't been that bad this year! Jaidyn's been learning to ride her bike without stabilisers, so she's been out with her new found freedom

Lego Discovery Centre is a total rip off. Quite good, but a total rip off.

It's pretty much like that anywhere major isn't it? I want to get to Chester Zoo later in the summer so Daniel can see the big bugs they've got this summer, but that will be like close to 100 for all of us by the time you've counted petrol and lunch etc. Which means anything else we do will have to be cheap!

it wasnt worth the 45 we paid, daniel loved it so thats all that matters, but like you say add petrol and lunch and its a fortune, and sitting on the motoway in bumper to bumper traffic for 2 hours isnt fun either
