Do you watch the Great British Bake Off? I started watching it this series and am now addicted, have always loved Mel n Sue who present it, and love seeing all the yummy things.

Saw the trifle one last night and now really want trifle, who makes trifle and what do you put in it?

Any ideas for a topping other than whipped cream as I can't have it? Do you think half fat spray cream might be worth a go - is it quite synthetic or is it like proper cream cream cause that makes me ill? Or do they still do that dream topping and is that quite synthetic, I know I used to like that when I was younger?

I love watching the Great British Bake-Off and have watched every series. I don't like trifle at all. Yuck!
