Anyone got any god tips on how to beat the pains?
Its really bad this month

Hot water bottles and baths work wonders for me. Maybe paracetamol or Ibuprofen? I dont know but PP totally sucks

i have one and i have a hot drink and ive taken ibuprofen and its not working and my mums being a ###### but i feel totally awful and like I'm gonna be sick

A hot water bottle always does the trick for me and I also use Tiger Balm (it's a bit like Deep Heat). I find a little of that rubbed on my belly works wonders. Hope you find something that helps and you feel better soon.

from boots you can get paracetamol and codine, that works really well for me.
And guess what... chocolate! My magic cure for everything, I would go for Galaxy if it is AF pains.
Try a lavander bath, or burn the oil, or incense sticks, if it does not take the pain away it will calm you down and relax you a bit.

The magnet therapy you can get from boots is really good. You can attach it to your top or pants depending on how big they are lol and it uses magnetic therapy to help with pains. It works well.

its been a NIGHTMARE today...
Do any of you have clots on your periods (TMI I know) I'm jsut wondering if its somethnig to do with what you get after being pregnant?
