So, for the last few weeks I have felt the baby move every day, usually around the same sort of time. But today I haven't felt a thing (not since I went to bed last night) and although I have tried to remain calm and reassure myself that all is ok, I must admit I'm really starting to panic now!
Is is normal to go a whole day without feeling anything?

Oh Lou (((((((((((big massive hugs)))))))))))))))))
It's so normal, especially at the stage of pregnancy you are. Alyssa did the exact same thing and I was panicking like mad! A tip that I picked up that works further on in your pregnancy but might be worth a shot is drink a pint of ice cold water and lie on your left side and concentrate. Not sure it'll work at your stage but it might, please try not to worry, I'm sure everything is fine.

Sorry, I'm being a bit of an idiot really. I'm feeling quite emotional today anyway, which is probably why I've gotten myself so worked up.

A basket case doesn't even begin to describe the way I've been, although up until now I've managed to keep it all in. I guess my emotions were going to get the better of me at some point.
Thanks girls. I feel a bit stupid now!

*hugs*
I know how you feel!
when i was pregnant with my DS the little monster stopped moving for three whole days and had me in a right state and after trying everything under the sun i phoned my docs who called me in and after 5 minutes of listening, laughed and said he was asleep! i was so relieved that i cried at him lol
its perfectly normal to worry and panic and think of a thousand things that can go wrong or right but its well worth the stress any day of the week

I remember one day at work when I was pregnant, further on than you are, and I was in tears in the office because I hadn't felt Dan move all morning. I think they all give us that scare at some point! The head had to be sent for to come and calm me down and convince me to phone the doctor!
