yeah its chocolate that harro brought back from work...a massive massive bag and they are totally sickly...plus there was cake left over...I need to stay away from the kitchen!

i been having coffee and chat (was a meeting!) with a women from the council support (also my mate!)
its been emotional and i cried loads. now waiting for mark to come down with some fags cos im gagging! been playing with sadie too as no playgroup today
