I don't cook on a friday either, so we'll have a takeaway or a sandwhich.

Well I won't be cooking, I only get home around 7, so I'm hoping Chris will have bunged something in by then. Whatever it is, I'm sure it won't be very inspiring.

I think I'll make an effort tonight (well, kinda!) and make Moroccan hotpot - it's proper cooking and everything. It's something I invented and Patrick enjoys it. And, most importantly, it looks way more impressive then it is effort to make - throw some browned lamb, a sliced onion, cubes of aubergine, a tin of butter beans and a tin of tomatoes in a casserole dish. Top with sliced potatoes. Add stock to more or less cover the spuds, throw on some olive oil and whap it in the oven until it's done.

Cooked a turkey drumstick, which was huge so had a hot sandwich and a packet of crisps. Couldn't be bothered.

Ian didn't have time for it as all 3 of us went to bed and slept longer than we should to have a cooked dinner. Ian's gone to work.
