When I got preg with my little girl 4 years ago, I was trying all sorts of things that were suggested by others to help boost fertility and the chances to become pregnant. Some of these were taking a baby asprin daily, dose of robitussin daily, along with taking Clomid and trying the Metformin. Do you have any simple things like this that you have been using as well?

Hi and ! I am Jill (31) and DH is Joe (31) and we have one DS who is almost 12 years old.

I am currently taking: Prenatal, B6, Baby Asprin, Omega 3, Vit. E, Wen Jing Wan and Maca Powder. Clomid didn't work for me and I am not IR (I guess) so I'm not on Met either.

I tried FertilAid but have since quit it and am just taking a regular prenatal and Omega 3. Oh and I'm on Metformin. However, the two doctors that have put me on met at different times have both said that I wasn't insulin resistant yet. But they seemed to think that it was certainly a possibility. And considering my mother was recently diagnosed with diabetes, and my grandmother and great grandmother all had diabetes, that probably had some play in the decision to just put me on met.

Hello Pam & to the group here! I'm currently on 1500mg of extended release Met and a prenatal that includes omega3. I've taken Clomid before and appear to O on it, and will probably be using Clomid again once we're ready to proceed again TTC.
