So DH and I have talked and we want me to get the PCOS under control, like lose weight and get on a healthy diet before we start TTC. So I have been working out 3-4 times a week starting last week!(trying to lose weight) I am going to Curves I lost 30 pounds last time I went there! I cant wait to go and see then Endo so we can talk about what to do next I am tired of waiting hehe. I would like to be put on MET so I can lose weight a little faster then 2 pounds a week but two pounds is better then nothing!

I have high blood pressure and from what we read and what my mother went through until I have that under control, we want to wait so I dont spend the entire time in bed because I was forced into bed-rest! We will be NPNT in January...but we are not sure when we will be offically starting we do know we want it to be sometime in 2010! DH is just worried if we dont get these things under control that I wont make it through the pregnancy! He said that he isn't ready....but he is...He is worried about his job...We live in Vegas and as you all know the casino jobs are laying off right and left...He works at Stations and well they are under going BK so he is worried that BOYD a UNION company is going to take over and then all the people that have been working there for years, like him will be laid off, and bring the UNION people in. So he wants to wait it out. We have been talking about Moving to either UTAH or NEW MEXICO. Just so we have a nice place to raise the kids. Here its SIN CITY and well we went to school out here and its all about SEX, DRUGS, and GAMBLING! SO we are excited to start yet we want to make sure that everything is under control HEALTH, MONEY, JOBS, and a PLACE to raise our kids!

Sorry I haven't been on all week! been so busy at work. I could catch up on my phone but the internet for JM takes too long and well I only get a break here and there..then as soon as I get off at 5:45-6 I go to the gym for 35-45min and then Go home cook and then I want to sleep so I can do it over again. Thank goodness I get a free min on Friday afternoons at work. SO I figured I would let you all know I am still alive and what is going on in My LIFE!

Well I gotta get things cleaned up around here so I can come in AGAIN tomorrow and do this all over again. At least I dont start till 10. Next weekend I am doing a girls weekend with my best friend...MUCH needed! So I cant wait...and I will have Monday off so I am working 6 days this week but only 4 in two weeks How is everyone!

for getting healthy before TTC!! Exercise is so essential, you are doing a great thing for yourself! And don't push yourself to lose more than 2 lb a week, from what I understand the more gradual the weight loss the healthier you are and the higher your metabolism will stay! Don't set yourself up for failure by pushing yourself to an extreme you can't maintain. I come from a family of yo-yo diet/exercisers, so I am wary of that stuff.

And it's good to plan some positive lifestyle changes, but remember life will never be "perfect" for a baby... I'm sure you'll feel when the time is right.

You sound positive about the whole thing, which is really great! Keep up the good attitude! I hope you get on Met soon, and that after you adjust to it it makes you feel better overall. It sure has for me!

Thank you Ladies...I was mad that he was telling me this at first and then I realized he doesnt want me to have a rough pregnancy and he wants to raise our kids in a place besides VEGAS. I love my friends and I wish I could stay here but as we get older we all talk about going somewhere else. None of us want to stay in Vegas (SIN CITY). We have the worst schooling, drugs everywhere, you go to the strip and they pass out porn, billboards of it...so on and soo on. The older I get the more I wonder why my mom came here. (her job of 20 years) I only went to school here for 8th-12th and I am glad that I went to school in California the rest of the time. If you ever go to Vegas, Look around see if you would raise your kids there.
