Our anatomy scan went well, and the little brat was being stubborn at first and kept the legs closed & crossed at the ankles. It was so funny to see Smudge kicking my cervix which explains the twinges I keep getting down there.
So, here is the goodies shot:

I think it's pretty obvious, isn't it?
Of course, so much for a "mother's intuition" - I was convinced Smudge was a girl. The first thing Tony tells me is "I told you so!" He's such a brat!!
We got a few more pics, but Smudge (or I guess we can start calling him Mark now) was moving around so much it was hard to get some of them.
Here's a side profile
and front of face. Looks like an alien baby.

We left a CD and they're going to burn all the images on it for us, and only gave us a few printed ones for now. I'll share the rest when we get the CD.
The tech & doctor were very happy with how everything looked. All limbs & parts were in their correct places. 4 chamber heart, good blood flow, heartrate was 150 (so much for that Old Wives Tale). The only thing that showed up was 2 small cysts on the brain. I've not heard of it before, but apparently it is pretty common and the doc says these go away. All 3 of her children had them, and they went away and they're all perfectly healthy (12, 15 & 17 now). We'll have another scan in 5 weeks, and they should be gone by then. Everything looked perfect though. We could see little Mark kicking his feet, moving around, looked like he shook his finger at us a few times and waved. So cute!!
