Mine is to eat low calorie, between 1200-1400 and watching my sodium and such as well. Im doing a weightloss program with my OBGYN so hopefully having the accountability will help me. They prescribed me Phentaramine and Im taking my Metformin before each meal to hopefully help with the weightloss

I am basically just trying to eat low carb..and watch calories..I actually dont think I eat enough calories each day..so I have to work on eating more often, instead of like being starving come dinner time.

I am also pretty committed to working out for 45 minutes each day...my doctor also has been motivating me and so that helps alot!

I'm doing the Lo GI diet, but focusing more on the low carb foods on the diet. I'm such a picky eater, so it's been pretty simple to stick to so far. As long as I dont buy junk food at the store, I stick to my diet at home.

I also watch my salt intake, and am sticking to around 1000-1200 calories a day. And doing at least 3 miles a day on the treadmill.
