Anyone doing it?

It has become a HUGE success in the MA board (Per Brandi) so I thought I would share with you ladies!

You drink 1 cup of warm water with 1/2 lemon squeezed in every morning.
You can do it morning & night, if you want.

It's actually pretty good! I started this morning!

Anyway, here's the link to Brandi's blog with tons of success stories!

My sister did this..she said it was tough at first not eating anything else..and then she got used to it. It must have helped cause she got pregnant soon after!

Actually I thought you were talking about the diet where all you drink is the a lemon juice mix for like 10 days...wrong thing! THis is interesting..I should try it ( I was just telling my DH like 3 minutes ago that I have way to many lemons and I dont know if they are any good..should check them out!) but if i get the lemon near my eyes I have a bad reaction..I was never allergic to them before now..its weird..my eye gets itchy and swells.

I've heard a lot about lemon water. I'm just not really sure how it helps though you know? It seems weird to me I drink lemon in my water every day, so hopefully that counts! I love lemon water!

Lemon water is good in ALL ways. It can help you lose weight, it helps detoxify your body. It's just an overall good thing! I try to drink lemons in my water when I can but I havent mastered it warm yet...

I am definitely willing to try that! So you drink that and don't eat anything for breakfast? Or does it matter if you eat as long as you drink the lemon water?

I'm going to give it a try!

I fill up my britta jug with water, then pour it into a new pitcher and put lemons in it and I drink about 5-6 pints of it a day. I've never tried drinking it warm though. Might as well!

They say drinking it warm makes a big difference because your body doesn't have to work as hard to break it down & get it to where it needs to go, so basically, if you drink it warm, it goes further, figuratively speaking.

Haha, Amie, I don't blame you!

Well, for #1, I'm willing to take boy or girl! BUT, I know quite a few people who have had girls doing this, so I hope that's not true.
I have hope for my girl!

I started with the *warm* water today...usually I drink cold water with lemon. Hopefully it helps!

I did it this morning - it wasn't so bad. BUT now I just read Ami's comment about swaying boy.....oh no! I will have to rethink this.

I've been doing this for a while... and no luck. LOL
I didn't know it was good to help you get pregnant. I was just doing it because I heard it was a good way to start your morning. A good detox for your body every morning. One thing I can vouch for is that it helps keep me regular. LOL! Soon after I drink it, I run to the bathroom. So yay for that...

Lemon babies - CUTE!
