Has anyone ever cooked with it? I read a recipe in a Lo GI book that called for it because it's supposed to be a good substitute for rice and things like that, and it's high in fiber.

I cooked with it the last two nights and Im really loving it!

I diced up some chicken breast and put a little Harissa on them, pureed some onions, and celery, chopped a green chili and garlic up and put them in a pot to cook together. Then I used some veggie stock(you can also use chicken stock, just watch the salt content) to pour over it all, and put in the Bulgur Wheat. I let the bulgur wheat soak up the stock, and when the juices were all gone, it was done and ready to eat. It was lovely! A little spicey I think from the Harissa though.

Then yesterday, I basically did the same thing, only instead of Harissa, I put some Tumeric, Cumin, and Paprika in it to season it. That was really lovely as well, since it was less hot and my tongue isn't so good with hot stuff.

Anyway, I thought I'd share. It's my new favorite thing I think, cos it's so simple to cook, even I can cook it, and that says something since I'm a terrible cook lol
