There are a lot of things you can try to do to make AF start. I tried the Parsley tea trick..it causes me to have AF like cramps, but a period didn't start from it. But if you google ovulation induction or something there are lots of natural things to try!

If you don't have it before your Dr appointment, they may prescribe you provera to get a period started for you.

Hi Emma!

I hope she comes before your appt, but like Ash said, if not, he will most likely prescribe you Provera, to induce AF.

Arguing & sex always give me my period
Or testing! lol

Good luck, hun!

If you doctor suggests Provera, see if they can prescribe you Prometrium instead. Prometrium does the same thing except it's safe in case you are pg & don't know it or become pg. That's what happened to me. The only thing is it's made with peanut oil, so you can't take if you're allergic to peanuts. Lots of luck to ya!!

Popping in hun . I know most of you dont know me here as a ton of you are new

You can google Vitamin C . I took it to make af come but you have to make sure you are not prego first cause it can make you miscarry . I just tested a couple times and took it . I did the Vit C one cycle before I got pg with this lil one. I think you take 1000 mg

GL hun !
